Generally known as white ants, destroy valuable properties, documents, and furniture or anything that contains cellulose silently. Termites infest and breed underground in the soil they live in colonies. They crawl up from the foundation to the top floors of the tallest building through minute cracks.
Methods of treatment
a) In Flat: To stop and prevent termites from ground, holes are drilled inside your premises at the junction of the wall in the floor at an angle of 45 degrees and insecticide is poured inside them. Insecticide acts as a barrier for termites to penetrate.
b) In Wood Works: Termites infestation creates on door, window-frame, wall-panel wardrobes etc, Holes are drilled slanting towards the core of woodwork also insecticide are sprayed on the vulnerable woodwork, wall and ceiling.
c) External area of building: When you enter into contract for entire building the method consist of the following areas:
1) Soil around the foundation of the building (external treatment)
2) Base of masonry walls (internal treatment)
3) All vulnerable wooden portion of the building is with Guaranty:
